green-san:
1.) Give me a pairing.
2.) Give me an AU setting.
3.) I will write you a three-sentence fic.
Give me one of my own stories, and a timestamp sometime in the future after the end of the story, or sometime in the past before the story started. Then I’ll write you however many words of what happened then, whether it’s five minutes before the story started or ten years in the future.
Ask my OCs things, and I’ll write out their reply.
Give me a song and a character/pairing, and I’ll write a fic based around it.

If it’s not obvious, I feel like I’m in a writer’s block. Because I want to write, I have the time to write, but I have zero inspiration.

meme robot on twitter made this after my post apparently :’D
Doing a “Character in different styles”-meme. This one is apparently aimed at ppl who draw in anime/manga-style. it is very funny, but it can take some time if you wanna do it seriously and not just doodle.
And also, I think that if you really should learn something from this meme, then you should really focus on keeping the personality, age and attitude no matter which style you draw in. My OC Shaka-Bella that I’m drawing here, is a pretty mature person and is closer to her 30’s than 20’s. So I don’t wanna transform her into a sparkly young girl when I do her Shoujo-style, I will do her shoujo-style, but keep her age and personality in mind. I think this is a good practice for anyone out there, no matter what style you draw in.
BG challenge blank by ~EurukaTT
A really good art-challenge/meme that is focused on environments. I think every artist out there who wants to improve areas they have a hard time on should do this. if you feel lost, just take a look at how other people did this meme or use google for references. I am so gonna do this challenge myself.

IT MAYBE WOULD HELP YOU WITH YOUR SHITTY ANATOMY IF YOU DIDN’T USE ANIME SCREENSHOTS, MICROSOFT FUCKING PAINT AND A STUPID FUCKING MOUSE.
No seriously. You don’t draw traditionally with a mouse, you won’t train your hand-muscles the right way if you trace it using your computer-mouse (because that’s what most people who do bases use….)
(Just click “hi-res” to view this in much bigger resolution!)
This took me way too long time to finish :C
I should be doing commissions by now *shot*
Anyway, this was fdhkdfjadlf-fun to do! Believe it or not but it took me a helluva time to make sure the character LOOKS like it should, no matter which style she belongs to.
The funny thing is that, while doing this meme I sort of realized more and more how I wan’t Shaka’s hair to be. And I decided to remove her cat-eyes since they have always looked wrong on her. But I kept the green color of course.
The Disney-version is a mix of Pocahontas, Esmeralda and Tarzan sort of. Didn’t wanna turn my OC into a Disney-Princess just because it’s in Disney-style (which can be VERY varied imo…)
anyway… I recommend ppl to do this, ESPECIALLY you guys who have reached a higher level in skills of drawing. This is a reminder that even if we are good at drawing our own stuff, it can still be hard to imitate other styles - no matter how “simple” and “cartoony” they way be.

This is far too accurate not to post here.

ASK ME STUFF! :D I’ll record my answers with my VOICE!!
YES! I’m gonna do a voice meme, it seems pretty fun. Once I get enough questions, I’m gonna record myself answering them and then do a little animation in flash where I’ll lipsync my recording to a drawing of myself! (haven’t animated in flash for ages, so this is perfect!)
So go ahead.
ASK ME ANYTHING, I will answer it in my voice-meme later on. ?
And here it is, my “kickin my own ass” picture. As you can see…. I have improved a lot in five years :’D the original is made 2006.
