Aaah finally I put this together.
This comic was made like a month ago during 24-hour comic day. I sadly didn’t have the energy to make it to 24 pages. But 20 is good enough tbh.
All the characters here are based on fanpro designs:
hello peeps! I know I haven’t been posting art n such recently
but guess what’s gonna happen tomorrow?
I’m going to join in on the 24-HOUR-COMIC-CHALLENGE in stockholm!
For you who has been following me for more than a year maybe remember the last time I made a 24-hour comic!
I’m really pumped for this challenge - even if I don’t have my medicine I’m sure I will make it!
If you wanna join the challenge this weekend you can read more on the official website for the 24 hour comics day.
We need your guest art!
During the weeks while waiting for the chapter to continue. This is where you can help! Maybe you would like to send us some Krig RAWR guest art? We got some amazing art from Anna Landin and Jonas Anderson during the chapter 2 break. We would love to get some more!
Preferable with the dimensions 800 × 1130 and in .png. (So it will work with our page layout.)
Send the image to email@example.com.
Don’t forget to write something about yourself and where people can find more of your work.
And thanks in advance! Hope to see some amazing fan art.

p.s. do you live in Stockholm? It’s the 24-hour comic book day soon. You should come and join our event at Kulturhuset! Read more about it here.
I’m taking a little break from Krig RAWR due to some personal issues like stress etc, meanwhile we’d love to see our fellow readers show off your dinoskills!
It’s impossible to letter my comics in swedish without ending up making it ridiculously dorky. But I like it dorky<3
yes that is magnum in the crowd of swedish businessmen with backslick hair.
(translation: “The super-villain “Dead-Line" is holding the Minister of Finance hostage.")
Here’s a little tip in how you can make light blonde hair appear “shiny” in B/W drawing or comic pages.
Use thin lines and make sure they follow the direction of the hair and/or head shape. Also have some space between the lines so they don’t appear too dark (like for example around her bangs).
Man I love inking comic pages. It’s a bit different from just doing lineart ya know? <3
dfsgh finally finished with the final draft of page two
I dunno why but working all day on this sort of made me feel very… exhausted? But also kinda accomplished. I need to get started on these comic pages after all, especially since it’s part of a anthology project with my buddies.
I realized that I got pretty distracted by the outer margins and bleedlines that are required to use when making comic pages that’s going to be printed. So I made a layer where I filled out the parts of the page that’s going to be cropped in the printed version.
This is probably the most important thing I learned when I studied comics and illustrative storytelling at college, knowing vital stuff like margins and bleedlines (not to mention the complex structure of paneling you often see in Shoujo Manga) is very important if you’re aiming to get your comic printed. You don’t wanna end up having half of a characters face cropped away just because you didn’t set the bleeds.
And ooh look who it is!
…. And that’s why I portray Cecil shirtless, wearing a tie. Their AC broke down the same morning they aired the first episode. So it became a bit warm in the studio.
I think this draft page sums up the main character for my comic quite well.
(“Tvätt” is swedish for “Laundry” btw)
This is a comic I did back in 2011 as a part of the “24 hour comic challenge”. Which means that you make a 24 page long comic in 24 hours. It’s a bit of a way to test your productivity skills. It was really fun and challenging since you aren’t allowed to plan the story ahead before starting the challenge. So a lot in this comic were improvised, and it was all based on the randomly generated title “The Angel from the tales”.

Elena is a friend I know through comic scool, her skills with traditional watercolor painting always amazes and inspires me.
