I sort of ALMOST agree with the line about it being japanese, I have a theory that some people don’t start using SAI because i’ts japanese; but because their Idols (where many is asian/japanese probably) use SAI. And since some people think that the tools will improve your art, they switch to SAI so they can use the same software as their idols.

This is, of course, just a theory. it’s not like it’s the only reason why people switch to SAI.
